Hello awesome people!!
I weighed in this morning at 115.5 lb.
Most likely the drop is due to water/poo weight.
I thought I was going to run the mile in PE class today, so I walked into the locker room with a split plan for a 7:59 exactly (I don't like trying too hard on PE miles--save the gut-busting pace for actual races. 7:59 is the slowest possible time for a full score.) I ended up not having to use that plan, because 1. The mile is moved to Friday, and 2. We're running the cross-country mile, not the track one. Which pisses me off.
But anyways, today's run was 5 miles easy around the lake, followed by core. It was fun except my GI system was killing me the whole way. What am I doing wrong????? Maybe I need to drink less water before practice...
Off to do homework/procrastinate.
