I probably should have made this post yesterday, except I freaking suck at posting. Oops.
Anyways, I'm setting out on a weight-loss journey. This is partially for running and partially for vanity (yes, I admit it).
Yesterday (3/01/15), I weighed in at 117 pounds. I am 5'3". 117 is a pretty healthy weight, but it's on the high end of healthy, especially for a runner. My goal is to be around the 100-105 range for the 2015 cross-country season this fall. Extremely importantly, I must get there in a HEALTHY, MODERATE, SUSTAINABLE fashion.
I've VERY ROUGHLY hewn out my goals in a kindof timeline here.
3/01: 117
3/15: 115-116
4/01: 113-114
4/15: 111-113
5/01: 109-112
5/15: 107-111
6/01: 105-110
6/15: 103-108
7/01: 101-107
Preseason starts early July!
I'll be posting updates on the scale as well as some daily food logs and feelings :)
